What you're agreeing to by using RKing Industries (rkingindustries.com). No filler.
Effective: 22 Oct 2026 ยท Applies to online/offline darts, the circuit diagram tool, Minecraft hosting, NoteBoard, payments and quote requests on rkingindustries.com
01Eligibility
By creating an account you agree to the following. If you don't agree, don't sign up - it's genuinely that simple.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the info you give us at signup: username, email, and password. An address is optional and only asked for if you add one later (for shipping or darts leagues, for example) - there's no address field on signup itself.
02Account Security
Your session is tied to a token stored in an httponly cookie, which means client-side JavaScript can't read it. Don't share it, and log out on shared devices.
Logging out clears that session token from our database as well as your browser's cookie, so it can't be reused afterward.
To protect accounts, sign-ins are paused for 15 minutes after 5 wrong passwords, and we email the account's owner when that happens. Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
03Usernames
A blocklist prevents impersonation of staff roles (e.g. admin, support, owner, and a handful of other reserved terms). Attempting to work around this may get your account suspended.
04Suspension
Suspended accounts lose all active sessions immediately and can't log back in until reinstated.
05Deletion is Final
Deleting your account permanently removes your user record, saved addresses, active sessions, friendships, group memberships, NoteBoard sheets, and your Minecraft servers, including their worlds, files and backups. There is no soft delete and no recovery window - once it's gone, it's gone. Any time left on a paid plan is lost and isn't refunded.
Two things are not removed: your darts player record and the games you played (so other players' history stays intact, though they're no longer linked to your account), and records of payments you've made, which we have to keep for our accounts (they're no longer linked to your account either).
06Online Darts
Online darts needs an account. By using it you agree that your username, scores and game results are visible to the other players in your games, and to group members where relevant.
Scores you enter - you're responsible for entering scores honestly. Games are marked unverified unless we say otherwise, and we may remove games or stats that are clearly fabricated.
Guest players - if you add someone without an account, you're responsible for using a name they're happy with. Anyone holding that guest's claim code can claim its stats onto their account, so only share it with the person it belongs to. Claiming a guest makes the creator and the claimer friends automatically.
Friends and groups - don't use friend codes, group names or usernames to harass others. Group admins can change a group's name and password, and when the last member leaves, the group is deleted.
Group passwords - a group password only restricts joining. Anyone who has the join code and password can join.
07Minecraft Hosting
Every account can have one Free server. More servers, and bigger ones, are on paid plans (see plans and section 09), or can be unlocked with a promo code.
EULA - by creating a server you accept Mojang's Minecraft EULA, which we accept on your behalf when starting it.
Your responsibility - you're responsible for what runs on your server: plugins, mods, uploaded files, commands, and what your players do. No illegal content, no attacks on other systems, no cryptocurrency mining, and no using the server for anything other than running Minecraft.
Custom domains - available on paid plans. You must own any custom domain you point at us. Free subdomains are on a first-come basis and some names are reserved. We can reclaim a subdomain that's used for abuse or impersonation.
Resources - each plan sets a CPU, memory and storage allowance and a number of backups. Memory and CPU are shared fairly between all servers on our hardware, so a busy machine can mean a server briefly runs slower than its maximum. Free servers restart every few hours and go to sleep when nobody is online. A server well over its storage allowance is stopped until files are deleted.
Backups - backups are optional, kept on the same hardware as your server, and limited per plan; the oldest is removed when a new one would go over. They're a convenience, not a guarantee: download a copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
Idle servers - a server nobody has been on for a while may be put to sleep in compressed memory to save resources. It stays online and wakes by itself when someone joins; the first few seconds can be a little slower.
Free servers - run for up to 8 hours at a time and stop sooner when nobody is online. They then stay off until you start them again from your panel.
Public pages - if you switch on a public page for your server, its name, address, status, player count, version, categories and your description are shown to anyone, and for a modded server the list of its mods with a download that fetches them from Modrinth (you can turn that part off). You're responsible for what you write: nothing illegal, hateful, sexual, misleading or that impersonates someone else, and no advertising other services. We can hide a page, or edit or remove its description, without notice.
Voting - players can vote for a server once a day with /vote; votes help it rank on the public server list. Vote rewards must be free: you must not sell votes, pay for them, or give anything that can be bought for votes. Don't fake votes (for example with alt accounts, bots or by voting for players). We can remove votes, reset a server's count, or switch off voting for servers that break these rules. We add a small plugin for /vote to Paper and Spigot servers.
When a plan ends - the server stops and its files are kept for 14 days so you can renew or download them. After that, the server and its files are deleted.
No guarantee - this is a small service run alongside our other work. Servers can go offline for maintenance or failures, and we don't promise any particular uptime.
Restore and delete - "Restore to defaults" and "Delete server" in your panel permanently remove your server's files (Restore keeps nothing, not even backups). We can't undo either.
Suspension - we may stop a server that breaks these terms, harms other customers or our hardware, or is used for abuse. If we do this for reasons that aren't your fault, we'll refund the unused part of your plan.
08NoteBoard
NoteBoard stores the sheets you save. Signed-in users can keep up to 200 sheets (25 MB each). Visitors without an account get a single demo sheet (3 MB) that is deleted automatically 1 day after it was last edited, so don't rely on it for anything you want to keep.
Don't store content you don't have the right to store, or anything illegal. We don't read your boards, but we may remove content if we're legally required to or if it's being used to abuse the service.
Paid NoteBoard plans add storage for the period you've paid for (section 09). When a plan ends you move back to the free allowance and nothing is deleted, but you can't add new files while you're over it.
09Payments & Refunds
Prices - shown in pounds sterling. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Automatic renewal - Minecraft and NoteBoard plans are subscriptions. You pay when you buy, and then again every month or year (whichever you chose) on the same date, at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel. We'll never change the price of a renewal without telling you first.
Cancelling - cancel any time from your account page. You won't be charged again, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting a server on a paid plan lets you either cancel its plan or keep it as credit for a new server on the same plan. Deleting your account cancels all your subscriptions straight away.
Failed payments - if a renewal payment fails, we email you and keep everything running for 3 more days while Stripe retries the card. Update your card from your account page to keep the plan. If the payment still can't be taken, the plan ends as if you'd cancelled it.
Changing plan - moving a renewing plan up or down takes effect straight away. Moving up, you pay the difference for the rest of the current month or year there and then; moving down, the unused part comes off your next bill. After that it renews at the new plan's price. Moving between monthly and yearly starts a new subscription instead.
Emails about your plans - we email you when you buy, when a server is created, when a renewal payment fails, when a plan ends, and a week before a yearly plan renews. These are part of the service and can't be turned off while you have a plan.
Card payments - payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
When it starts - your server or storage is set up as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. By checking out you ask us to start straight away.
Your right to cancel - under UK consumer law you can cancel within 14 days of buying. Because the service starts straight away at your request, we'll refund what you paid minus a fair amount for the time you've already had. Email [email protected] with your order number to cancel.
After 14 days - we don't refund the rest of a period you've paid for, except where the law says we must (for example if the service wasn't provided or wasn't as described) or where we stopped it for reasons that weren't your fault.
Refunds - go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5-10 working days.
Promo codes - have no cash value, can't be exchanged, and can be withdrawn. Each code can be used once per account.
Price changes - we may change prices, but never for time you've already paid for.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
10Referrals
How it works - share the link on your account page. When someone creates a new account through it (within 30 days of opening the link) and then pays for a plan, you get money off your next bill.
How much - for each friend, half of the monthly price of the biggest plan you pay for, but never more than the monthly price of the plan your friend bought. Two friends on plans at least as big as yours is a free month. For example, on Great (£12 a month) a friend who buys OK (£3) takes £3 off, and a friend who buys Better (£6) takes £6 off.
When it's applied - straight away, as credit on your account with our payment provider, taken off the next thing you pay. If you aren't paying for anything yet, it waits until you start. Anything bigger than one bill carries over to the next one.
The small print - each person can only be referred once, only by a link opened before they signed up, and not by themselves. Referral credit has no cash value, can't be transferred or paid out, and is lost if you delete your account. We may cancel credit earned by fake or duplicate accounts, or by payments that were refunded, and we may change or end the scheme for the future at any time.
11Quotes
Asking for a quote through the contact page is free and doesn't commit you to anything. A quote is an estimate until we've both agreed the details and the price in writing (email is fine), and the terms for that job are the ones we agree then.
12Fair Use
Don't abuse the login, signup, AI-proxy, quote form, payment, referral, or Minecraft and NoteBoard endpoints - rate abuse, scripted account creation, probing for other users' files or sheets, and similar behavior are not allowed. Several of these are rate limited automatically. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do this.
